Here are some updates to productions times and shipping times and shipping costs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Production Times: we work with multiple vendors on production. All of vendors are currently either closed completely or working short staffed due to COVID-19. This is causing production times to double and in some cases triple depending on the product. This means that items that typically are produced on 5-7 business days may take up to 15-20 business days in production.

Shipping costs: Most shipping carriers are reducing shipping guaranteed times and increasing shipping costs during this crisis. To that end, we are updating our shipping options to provide you with current realistic options for shipping along with their estimated transit times.
